Privacy Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

ZYGNARK is a decentralized, peer-to-peer privacy protocol that does not collect, store, or process any personal information from its users. All interactions within the system occur through zero-knowledge proofs, encrypted channels, and non-custodial cryptography, ensuring that no identifiable metadata such as addresses, IP information, behavioral patterns, or transaction details is ever retained or accessible. Because ZYGNARK operates as a distributed, permissionless network, no centralized entity has visibility into user activity, routing paths, balances, or private keys. All data required for proof generation and verification is computed locally on the user’s device and never transmitted in an unencrypted or deanonymizable form.

Privacy Policy - The Basics

Users maintain full ownership and responsibility for their keys, proofs, and any locally stored data generated while interacting with the protocol. ZYGNARK cannot restore, retrieve, or decrypt user materials under any circumstances, as the system stores nothing and provides no custodial functionality. By using ZYGNARK, participants acknowledge that zero-knowledge systems are cryptographic technologies still evolving, and they agree to use the protocol responsibly, in accordance with applicable laws, while understanding that all actions are performed in a permissionless environment where results are irreversible and cannot be modified by any operator or third party.
